You've put the TSH range for FT4. You can edit your post by clicking on the v down arrow underneath your post and selecting Edit. Click on Edit response to submit.
The results are within normal range. They're not great because FT4 is low in range and although TSH1.13 is good, TSH 3.51 is not. NHS won't diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is >5.0 or FT4 <8.4.
Next time you have a thyroid function test arrange it early in the morning and fast (water only) as TSH is highest early and drops after eating and drinking.
In the meantime you could supplement 200mcg selenium to improve thyroid function and perhaps try a thyroid supplement like NutriThyroid.
