Iron results

Please can someone have a look at my iron results to see if I need to supplement, there the only ones available to me at gp.

Ferritin 40 (12-300)

Folate 12.3 (4.6-18.7)

Becs,

Ferritin is sub optimal. 100 - 150 is optimal. I would supplement iron and take each iron tablet with 500-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.

Folate is good.
