Recently iive been feeling iron deficency symptoms after taking ferrous sulphate for over a month and now when i take the pills I feel terrible especially with orange juice. I'll feel dizzy tiredcold etc. then when I take the pill I get more dizzy headaches extremely nauseous racing heartbeatbasically my anemia symptoms worsen so what is going on an I taking too much iron ?because if my iron was really low my symptoms would not get worse after I takesupplement right ?

Members who can't tolerate Ferrous Fumarate may do better on Iron Bisglycinate but it is much more expensive than FF.
