Melatonin source UK

Hi all, could someone please inbox me a source for Melatonin in the UK, I have been really stressed and though I take PS at night, still srtuggle to fall asleep. I would like to add Melatonin to my PS to see if this helps. Thank you

The only licensed form of melatonin in the UK is a prescription-only medicine.

Any other UK source would be acting illegally in supplying it to you.

I am not competent to discuss the legality of personal importation for your own use only.

PS: Not everyone will know what PS is.

julia35 You cannot buy melatonin in the UK, it is prescription only. However, there is a site you can order it from and it will be sent from the US. Mine was not intercepted by customs and arrived safely but there is always a chance that it could be. I will PM you.

I get melatonin from my NHS GP, bit of a struggle but I get the prescription.

I have just found Melatonin on iHerb where I purchase all my supplements, they even sell really low dose 1mg tablets by Jarrows.

The problem is I already take my NDT at bedtime, would I be right in thinking there needs to be a gap between the two and if so how long?
