With these results do you think trying T3 would help me

TSH 1.26mU/L

Free T4 21.9pmol/L

Free T3 4.1pmol/L

Well, it's difficult to say with any certitude, but your FT4 dose look higher in range than your FT3. So, it is possible that you aren't converting very well. In which case, yes, adding T3 would be a good idea.

You could try ringing the hospital lab and asking for the ranges, though...

Have you been diagnosed? Are you hypothyroid? Are you having Treatment or thyroid hormone replacement?

Yes been diagnosed 5 years ago take 100 Levo one day then 125 the next day. Still feel tired and brain fog.

I would be tempted to add some T3 (liothyronine) to your dose as you've been taking levo for 5 years and still symptomatic.

You'd have to put up a post asking for a Private Message to be sent to you of where to source it.

Results don't give any information of the patient's clinical symptoms and if they have been relieved by levothyroxine, you wouldn't be on this forum looking for advice.

I believe symptoms are more informative than a TSH level.
