Run out of T3

Hi. I just wanted some advice as I've run out of Tyromel. I re-ordered some last month and it got lost in the post and they have sent more but it still hasn't arrived. I usually take 36.5mcg tyromel and 75 levothyroxine. Any suggestions on what dose of levo to take while I wait for the tablets to arrive. I'm hopeful it should only be a day or two but I want to avoid any major side effects.

It will take 7-8 days for the increased Levothyroxine dose to kick in. 37.5mcg T3 is equivalent to 112.5mcg Levothyroxine.
