I look like I'm within range on everything my rhuematologist has requested including my TSH. Does everything look ok as I haven't a clue what she has tested for? Thanks

MissFG,
Everything is within range but you don't indicate if you are medicating thyroid hormone replacement (or not), or any symptoms.
TSH is quite low within range. Have you had thyroid antibodies tested ? ? .. Also Vit B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin? .. Optimal amounts of these are required for good thyroid hormone synthesis. Post any other results complete with ranges (numbers in brackets) for members to comment.
Yes I'm on 75 levo I'm supplementing and cutting out gluten. But due to severe fatigue and worsening muscle weakness and joint swelling plus positive tests for ANA & Myositis my endo referred me to Rheumatology. Ive also tested positive for stage 2 CKD and have hypertension. So lots going off and under investigation. I'm just waiting a full report for my EMG last week
Did you get vit D tested? Without FT4 and FT3 it is impossible to tell what your thyroid is doing.
Vit D has always been within range but lower end but I do supplement and getting FT3 & FT4 checked is an uphill battle but have always been in range before which is what doctors look for so not a lot I can do. I believe I have other issues going on as I have a positive ANA, Myositis, stage 2 CKD, hypertension and muscle wastage and joint swelling amongst other symptoms. So until I have further tests it's difficult to assess exactly what is causing my symptoms
