I received a blood transfusion and have had 4 weeks of iv iron and have been dizzy heart palpations back pain diarrhea and and tired and lost about 5 pounds wondering if maybe my thyroid meds needs adjusted

Iron could cause tummy trouble. Palpitation I would try magnesium for.

Have you spoken to a doctor about your diarrhoea? The problem with diarrhoea it can leave you dehydrated and more prone to other diseases.

I wouldn't change your thyroid meds without a blood test to guide you.

Have you had cortisol and sodium levels checked? I just wonder if your adrenal glands are to blame.
