Has anyone written a list / spreadsheet of what vitamins and minerals can be taken when and which need to avoid being taken with which etc?

Thanks Jefner, there are a couple of queries with that link when taking levothyroxine though. It says take calcium at night, but if you take your levo at night ( like I do) then that's an issue. Isn't it supposed to be 4 hours between the 2? Also it says take the Vit d and k2 at the same time, yet I've read that they should be taken separately as they both need fat so fight for the available fat if taken together.

Going back to calcium, is it true you shouldn't take calcium if taking high Vit D? Yet it recommends calcium and magnesium work together. Aaaargh! It's too complicated 😐

Sorry hun i dont know about the calcium if i was being honest. I take my d3 and k together with a couple of oatcakes with coconut oil spread on
