Why were you told to avoid dairy? I do know you should avoid taking calcium together with thyroid hormones replacement. This is a link:-

Whether the milk is raw and organic, or pasteurised (& organic or not), it is all dairy. Why have you been advised to avoid dairy ?

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's? Some people who have Hashi's find that being dairy free helps reduce the antibody attacks. That would be the only reason a hypo patient would be advised to avoid dairy.

If dairy causes you no problems I can't see the justification for saying thyroid patients must give it up.
If you were told to avoid dairy it would be to avoid the casin in it. Do you bloat or get other signs of dairy intolerance? Goats milk can be a good substitute, often doesn't affect people intolerant to cows. Raw cows still has casin.
Just make sure the dairy has a clean TB test. I dont know where you live, but in some areas of Britain the TB i dairy herds is a constant worry for the farmers. All herds are tested regularly for TB and pasturisation kills the TB bug, so all milk on sale is safe. But nothing tastes as nice as milk straight from the bulk tank!
I drink a lot of milk - and tests show I do not have any risk of osteoporosis!
