Are you on gluten free diet too?

Certified gluten free oat milk - Plenish is good

plenishdrinks.com/shop/mult...

If not gluten free - beige Oatly is good

oatly.com/en-gb/stuff-we-ma...

Read all non milk labels and avoid ones with added iodine

Maybe you could consider changing tea to something like a Ceylon (Sri Lanka) tea rather than the stronger, heavier teas we usually consume?

I have long drunk only black tea (no milk - not as opposed to green!). But the tea in some establishments is pretty dire. At home, Ceylon tea.

thank you it might be work ago, but l am a milk and sugar girl, only just managing the odd green tea 😀

When I was growing up, everyone I knew drank tea with milk and sugar. Mostly PG Tips or Typhoo brands. I really disliked it myself, and spent many years avoiding tea altogether. It never even occurred to me that you didn't have to have milk in tea! Then one day, I discovered that Earl Grey, without milk or sugar was actually pleasant. I still don't choose tea as my number one drink (I'm a black coffee girl really), but I do frequently enjoy Earl Grey without milk as my mid afternoon drink. Especially good with a generous slice of carrot cake or Welsh Bara brith! 😀

my favourite is Plenish cashew milk which I buy from Sainsburys, Holland & Barrett or Amazon. It’s long life so easy to store. I’ve served it to many people who don’t notice a difference from dairy though I always ask first in case of nut allergy.

It’s definitely worth a try.
