Help with increasing my dose

Hello all,I would like to increase my dose of NDT from 1 to 1 1/2 grains because generally I feel much better but seem to really slump around 3 in the afternoon.Shall I take extra in the morning with my normal grain or try adding mid afternoon,that maybe harder because I know you need to keep away from food and other meds.Many thanks Debbie

Try taking the extra 1/2 grain a couple of hours before your afternoon slump.
