Hello all,

I think this one is pretty straight forward but thought I would get your take on it anyway. Can I take this to mean that I do not have a gluten sensitivity?

Rhsana,

You appear to be negative for gluten intolerance (coeliac disease) but you might have non-coeliac sensitivity to gluten.

jeeze! Thanks Clutter , I was really hoping to get some clarity as there seems to be no reason or rhyme to what my gut is actually reacting to. Have just had some other test results come through so hopefully that will shed some more light! Rx

Rhsana,

You could do a gluten elimination test by 100% avoiding gluten for 2-3 weeks and then reintroduce gluten. If you feel better gluten-free, or have issues when you reintroduce gluten, it is likely you have sensitivity to gluten.

Hey yep, have done this test but to no conclusive outcome. It does appear that I have a high level of candida though so perhaps this is an answer!
