Yes hi jrsaunders . If you click on the hyperthyroidism topic on the right hand side of the forum I bet you come up with some useful stuff.
When you have time, a little about you and how you manage your condition (or not ) should go on your profile feel free to have a look at mine but you're probably best looking at a Hyper's profile to see what's useful if other people want to lend a hand.
