Does anyone skype endo's internationally, America etc...

I've tried searching for endocrinologist's to help, I have the recommended list but they are either significantly far away from me (Milton Keynes) or only rely on a tsh test.

So I'm considering seeing a Endo in New York, they say they offer Skype consultations but I'm also happy to travel to New York for the weekend if its only once a year or something.

I've been trying for a baby for two years, I got pregnant and had a miscarriage before I was diagnosed. I'm 28 now and I'm just terrified it's not going to happen, I really think with optimal treatment it will be fine but my t4 has never actually got into the upper range according to Nice guidelines, it's always under about 11. I'm taking 100 mcg levo, my Dr has recently reduced me from 125 because my tsh suddently went from 8 to 0.3

If anyone has had any experience with Doctor abroad I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
