Elvera111,
You need to establish what is causing the reflux. If you have high stomach acid you need antacid tablets or solution. If you have low stomach acid then you need to raise stomach acid with Betaine Pepsin before meals or raw apple cider vinegar in honey-sweetened water before meals.
Multivits and adrenal complex are not remedies for reflex. I don't think pituitary dysfunction affects adrenal glands but I may be wrong.

elvera111 You mention in a previous post that you have low stomach acid. There are a couple of ways to increase this. You could take Betaine HCl with Pepsin (didn't work for me) or organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother (which does work for me). If you want to try the apple cider vinegar then make sure it's like this biona.co.uk/product-247-4.html . Build up to one tablespoonful diluted with warm water and honey to taste and drink before meals.
I take this vinegar during my meals, sipping it through a straw. I have found that this helps me even better than taking at random times or during an attack of pain. I read this on Dr. Kendricks web site a few weeks ago and it is much better. Since doing this and being careful what I eat things are much better x
You might find that reading and doing the breathing and light self-massage exercises in Unwinding the Belly by Allison Post can reduce the frequency of your problem and perhaps eliminate it totally as long as you continue. Allisoncomes from a Taoist perspective, but if you are not particularly interested in that, just skim and do the exercises a little at a time til you get used to it. Many people have seen amazing results with this especially if you notice the reflux is worse with any kind of emotional upset. (HINT: If you haven't noticed, next time you experience it make a note of your thoughts at the time.)
