I've not had email or on-site notifications since last night. Newsfeed is broken too, and the site is slow to respond to submit reply, and other actions.

Me too - am not being notified of Likes etc. As Clutter says Newsfeed also out of date ! Will contact HU. Hopefully normal service will be resumed as soon as possible - for those of you that remember the BBC Test Card
I've also had problems where I create a reply, then press Submit, only to be told I haven't got rights to do that. I find the only thing to do is copy my reply, sign out and in again, then paste my reply in and submit again.
OK, I've given in and written to them. I bet I am not the only one. I know its a free service, but actually I would be happy to pay a small fee, or put up with adverts if it were only a bit better run!
