PA Society recommend B12 is optimal around 1,000. I would supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin to improve folate.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range so 107 looks good.

FT4 is elevated above range so your endo thinks you are over medicated and this is why s/he has reduced your Levothyroxine dose.

FT3 is less than halfway through range and will drop further now that Levothyroxine has been reduced.

Your UE, LFT, bone and kidney evaluations are all within range (normal).
