Ashwagandha

Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me if they take Ashwagandha with their levo or synthroid? I have hashimoto's disease and i thought you were not suppose to take both, but i have seen comments listed of people who take it.

It is different for everyone as some need it some do not and some have a bad effect with it, in my case it gave me a terrible stomach ache for about twelve hours so didnt take it anymore. Others are really glad they took it.

thank you decembersignup. I am thinking of giving it a try. One of my brothers took it for anxiety. Now that i do not take anxiety meds i am going to try it. I know the two cannot be taken together. I wonder if it is ok while on synthroid though.

i have been on it since july and it definitely helps!
