Dizziness and blood tests

Still on the Hashimoto's roller coaster. Some days not too bad. Others terrible. Last week or so has been fairly terrible. Last month or so I have felt really dizzy all the time. Generally a bit light headed but I am finding it difficult to do anything. Any tips on how to stop it ? I had been taking quite a few supplements and vitamins but stopped because I wanted to get a Blue Horizons blood test, which I have sent off today. ( except I forgot and took my 100 mcg Levo first thing. Took the blood sample within 15 mins though so hope it doesn't skew the results too much)

My GP says she will accept the blood test results. So far her treatment has involved increasing my HRT dose ( no effect) and has suggested that if there is no improvement to my general health ( exhaustion, weight gain, aches and pains, swelling of arms and legs as well as tinnitus, dizziness, occasional palpitations, eczema and currently hay fever) then she will refer me to a rheumatologist. Says my symptoms are all possibly caused by rheumatoid arthritis. Hoping the blood test sheds some more light.
