There are live streamings as you can see on the website - but the US timing could be difficult in the UK and for me in Crete. They usually have repeats the day after :-) ( based on other summits I have watched )

"..... The most common food sensitivities are going to be to gluten, dairy (this was my biggest one), soy, grains (especially corn), nightshades (like potatoes, tomatoes and peppers), nuts and seeds.

Furthermore, another 75% of my clients and readers reported feeling better on a dairy free diet, 73% reported feeling better grain free, and another 60% or so said they felt better soy free. Egg and nightshade free diets were helpful 40% and 35% of the time, respectively. ....."

Sorry, whenever I read articles on what not to eat I have the same reaction (and I do not believe I am the only one).....what exactly CAN one eat? Can this person show us what she eats day to day for a month say? I do not eat meat because of the cruelty involved. I am genuinely interested but baffled, it seems you have to cut out everything and live on lettuce and cucumber......which , of course, you couldn't.

I am also very suspicious of many of these people selling their ideas, they obviously make a fortune from books and products. I have had Hashimotos for over 40 years, my thyroid is destroyed, I need to replace the hormones it produces. Just going on a gluten/dairy/soy free diet means I would die.

I'm happy to eliminate whatever I need to in order to heal my gut, then I know I can reintroduce so it's only for a short time 6-12 months, however I will never eat gluten again cause it's know that our immune system mistakes the proteins in gluten for the proteins in our thyroid tissue (molecular mimicary). This is the thing, I don't want to get to the stage where my thyroid is destroyed completely so if cutting out a few foodgroups for a while helps achieve that then I'll go that route.

I've already shown to have intolerances to dairy/sugar/eggs so I no longer consume these (baked my first chocolate Paleo cake yesterday 😍) but I've read that I could have other sensitives that I am unaware of and are causing an immune response - will get tested for these.

For the first time in 6 years I feel like the old me, I have so much energy, my hair shedding has slowed and my puffiness and brain fog have lifted, I know this lifestyle works cause I'm living it.

We eat Paleo so that means meat, nuts and vegetables, instead of wheat flour I use coconut or almond flour, instead of dairy I use coconut and almond milk, instead of sugar - honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar. I feel I can eat a lot of what I used to but just using different ingredients that's all 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
