My head is splitting, I feel queasy...and felt 100% better when I was drinking wine and eating crisps!
Has anyone done this, and is this what's supposed to happen? I really want to sort my gut out but I don't know if I can stand a month (at least) of this

God I hope so Clutter! I'm already gluten free and pretty much dairy free but being totally grain, sugar, nightshade, coffee, alcohol and everything else tasty-free is hell. I hope it's worth it!
infomaniac It's common to feel like this when withdrawing from anything our body has gotten used to consuming. Stick with it & the symptoms you're experiencing should subside & you'll begin to reap the benefits.
Anything that's good for our health seems to be hard - work & believe me, I know how easy it is to give in & eat the things we love but you have to weigh up the consequences of eating for health or pleasure. Good luck & think 'mind over matter'. You can do it.
