T3. 3.71(2.3-4.20)

T4. 0.81(0.7-2.00)

TSH is suppressed and FT3 is in the upper third of range so you appear to be optimally medicated.

But the most important question is : how do you feel? Optimal is when your symptoms have gone, not a number on a lab sheet.

I feel much better now that I am self medicating..... I have gone up 1 1/2 grain to 3 ..... i have found that taking the 3 grains all at once work better than splitting the dose.... I think there is still a little room for improvement ... Going to try to go up by 1/4 ..... Thank you 😊
