Normal what is normal ?

my Tsh has droped from 1.30 to 0.25 my t4 is 12 and t3 is 3.20 I have GD so 6 weeks ago dr says take 2.50 carb a day . half a 5mg table a day . I then get the above results and told its normal ? I have sleep problems hair droping out , anxiety ,depression brain fog , tired always tired , yet I am normal

As I understand Free T4 and Free T3 should optimally be in the top end of the range. with T4 so low in the range, your TSH would normally be higher (inverse to T4) in order to drive the thyroid into action.

Your results are similar to mine and they ignore them too, and I have similar symptoms. I think you should start logging basal temps for a week and see how that compares to normal (check online basal thyroid temperature check), plus use the questionnaire on the thyroid UK website to list all your symptoms. Print it out and KICK your doctor into action, or threaten to make a complaint to the local CCG in writing.

Your hitting your head up against doctor = lab result means fine (by looking at TSH only!!), not doctor = patient symptoms! It's a common problem.
