Tt,

Oh dear ... I hope it doesn't hurt too much. How is your throat ? ? ..

I guess the answer is not to get thrown so much ! ! ..

Perhaps you could do more throwing ..... ;o)) ......

Its odd that I read the other day in a list of Hypothyroid symptoms someone posted that 'pain in tailbone' was one of them :-) However I think maybe you just landed a bit heavily and bruised the bone. My son does Judo and on odd occasions when I've given him a lift, I've gone back early and watched for a while and the mats are quite hard that they work on, so you could just land very heavily. You'll have to learn new tactics to avoid being thrown so much :-)

Yes I had Hypo-Tailbone for years before diagnosis. I had to get out of the car after about half an hour to stretch - if only I had known then about the connection - perhaps I could have been diagnosed before even more collateral damage :-)

Find something safely sensible to do just do some training! Too easy?

Pretty much what you'd expect if you landed badly. Go and see a sports physio.
