Have been reading your post above - of one month ago. How are you doing with the GF eating plan ? Low B12 can cause painful feet and Low VitD can be involved in painful joints.

Something I eat just goes straight out the other end I know that’s a bit to much info

Sounds as if you should be gluten free. Don't wait for your Doc to tell you things - make a list of your questions and obtain copies of your results. You are legally entitled to copies of your results so you can make a start on your journey ...

What is your current Vit D level?

How much D3 are you taking?

Are you taking it correctly as pointed out in your previous thread here

I really don’t know

Your dose of VitD is very small and the amount is often geared to your result. So watching your level is important as you cannot rely on your Doc - they are too busy.

Ok I will have to have a look at it and see but thank you

Essential to regularly retest folate, vitamin D and ferritin

800iu vitamin D is often not high enough dose

Folic acid supplements were stopped?

See you are on B12 injections so no point testing B12

You need TSH, FT3 and FT4 tested

Do you have recent blood test results and ranges you can add

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Is this how you do your tests?

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
