I am sorry to advise you that Jackie died yesterday evening in hospital after 8 weeks of fighting various major infections. She greatly valued the contacts she made through Health Unlocked and the information posted by contributors, and eagerly searched for the daily email summary.
She would wish me to thank you all for your interesting contributions.

I don't know the lady but as a newie here I can see the help and friendship we find is a testament to unselfish people.. It's sadly a rare find... So no doubt this lady free of any health issues is over seeing the forum from her cloud, and keeping spirits and giving up from above.. Sorry for your loss to family and friends

I am so very sorry for your loss. Jackie was a special lady and she helped me on the road to a better place with my health and I took inspiration from her. I will not forget her support.
