Nettieboo1982,
TSH 1.07 is perfect. I would prefer B12 >500 and supplement methylcobalamin 1,000mcg with a B Complex vitamin.

due too pregnancy I'm only taking pregnancy suitable ones and there doses are really low so I'm lost
Nettiboo1982,
What makes you think methylcobalamin is unsuitable in pregnancy?
I'm never quite sure why there are so many warnings on B12 products relating to pregnancy as nobody has ever been able to demonstrate that high levels of B12 are harmful. There is a lot of evidence that low levels are harmful.
Whilst your levels of B12 have come back as normal range they are also grey range where significant number of people can show clinical signs of B12 ... reality is that the serum test really isn't a definitive guide to what is happening with B12.
There is a significant overlap between symptoms of B12 deficiency and other conditions such as thyroid and tendency is to dismiss symptoms as something else, especially where there is a pre-existing condition.

Hi
I boosted my B12 levels in pregnancy with methylcobalamin alongside a pregnancy vit. My levels increased from 150 to 1150 and boy did I feel better.
So docs is unsure of high dose b12 so was only prepared too prescribe cyanocobalamin 50mcg due too pregnancy does anyone know if this will help
I used a brand called pure encapsulations. Took one a day on top of my preg vit. Once my baby was born, I used Better you b12 spray.
thanks again the better you b12 is sutable during pregnancy but unsure about taking alongside the mum too be
