just had a phone call from patient relations at the hospital they are trying to get me a second opinion. According to their records i seen at the hospital in january and i know i didnt so hope ive not been mistaken for some-one else.

Perhaps it was Jan 2015 or 2014 - the wheels of the NHS grind slow. Could they be referring to a blood or other test you had via GP but which was referred to the hospital?
