Does anyone know if steroids deplete B12? I read it somewhere but can't now find it. I was on steroids for 21 months for polymyalgia, and it was about the same time as my toes started getting numb.

Thanks. I am on small doses of levothyroxine but this was Ok recently. Iron may be lowish, will check.
