Can anyone recommend a good eyebrow make up to fill in patchy eyebrows? Would like a cruelty free product. My eyebrows are getting worse from being hypo. At the moment I'm using Urban Decay brow powder but it doesn't work so good as the patches get worse. Don't want a heavy brow, just something good to fill in the patches

Benefit's Brow Zings is undoubtedly one of the best products for eyebrows, but they definitely weren't cruelty free the last time I used it.
Barry M have three products for eyebrows; I've tried the liquid brow pen but I don't think very much of it, they have a brow kit similar to Benefit's, and there's also a new product called "It's a Brow Thing". Barry M are cruelty free, but the brow kit contains beeswax.
I haven't been able to find anything that really satisfies me since I've been using vegan make-up. I just tend to use a combination of eyeshadow powder or eyeliner pencils, and I set the hairs with a little coco butter. Friends assure me that my brow game is still strong.
My brow game is at an all time low Hidden & I always seem to resemble 'Charlie Chaplin ' no matter what make I've tried so am considering having them done professionally.
An acquaintance recently got hers tattooed and they look amazing!

Be aware that hypos have different skin thickness which can mean that hair stroke brows (the most natural looking) may not possible. My therapist has a few hypo ladies and we're not easy to work on!
I've been using WonderBrow for the last few months and find it easily the best thing I've tried. It takes a bit of getting used to, but with practice you can get a good effect. Best thing about it is that it doesn't come off - still on next morning if you don't clean it off at night.
Just on the off chance it might work for you also, third video down on my site difficulty-swallowing.com/r... is about the link between hair loss and a B12 deficiency. Its just a few minutes long, BBC documentary, might be worth a watch? Looks like the other ladies have some great suggestions for you in the interim There is also some other info on other B12 deficiency symptoms and they are often mixed in with thyroid issues so there can be a link there.
Hi there. I don't have eyebrows any more (long time to diagnose) and I had mine tattoo'd. Really pleased with the result (went to someone who uses light strokes in different colours to match your hair). May be worth thinking about
I've got mine tattooed too and I LOVE them! Mine aren't hypo related, I just come from a long line of absent eyebrows haha! I can recommend a fantastic place in Herts if you're interested and around that area ☺️
A few years ago when I was thinking of getting mine done, I enquired at the salon in my village and they were charging £300 per eyebrow (which was out of the question for me).
The beautician told me they would fade in around 6 months and would need to be done again!
I have no idea if this still holds true, but it put me right off.
If you can afford it I would have them semi permanent tattoo. I had mine done several years ago now and it is the best thing I have ever done or ever spent my money on. I have to have them topped up every 18 months or so but it is so worth it. The only thing is that I forget I do have to still pluck them. They grow everywhere except where they should be lol. £300 per eyebrow is a bit excessive. Mine were £200 each for the first time and then £100 a time for topping up.
I've never heard of Zuii so I looked them up. There are only 2 shades and no real indication of what they look like.
I have tried so many types, I know exactly what shade I need but it is nigh on impossible to find because no makeup company seems to do in between shades.
So I always end up back with grey because brown or taupe don't suit me, there is a base red in my hair from being blonde as a kid and unfortunately in my skin too because it sends browny shades on the orange side.
I can't imagine that I am alone in the shade dilemma.
Have a look at Doll 10 makeup from QVC. The owner, Doris Dalton, had thyroid cancer and lost her brows so she strived to make a brow replacement for fellow thyroid sufferers. It was the start of her business. If the item, you have 30 days to decide, is no good for you you can send it back but you have to pay return postage unless item faulty.
Actually I have tried her lipstick but I sent it back right away. It was awful, very greasy, colours weren't good and they had the most foul taste ever. How anyone could wear it without throwing up I'll never know.
