Any Men on here with under active Thyroid ?
Welcome to our forum Karlos and it is frustrating that there appears to be little info for men.
It is a fact, too, that it affects many more women that men but I will try to give you a few links and we do have some male members on our forum. Hypothyroid seems to be more prevelent than hyperthyroid.
Some of our members who are/have been hyper will respond too.

Always get a copy of your blood test results with the ranges so that you can post them for comments. Also make sure GP has tested B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate too.
Hi thanks for the response ! Iv'e actually just got my bloods back and they've upped my Levothyroxine from 100mg to 150mg wish i'd seen this message sooner because I didn't ask for a copy of my results and I have no Idea of if they tested for B12 ect.
Just realised I made a mistake on this post I meant to put *Under Active Thyroid will edit that now incase anyone else comments .
You can still request a copy of your results (with the ranges). And post for comments (on a new Post). It is a learning curve and I'm glad they've increased your dose by 50mcg levo.
You can pick whichever you think will be interesting:

You may be one of the fortunate ones for whom the optimum dose of levo makes you feel well. I hope so.
