Not strictly to do with thyroid but has anyone on here got a medical review driving licence? Interested to know how they differ in appearance to a normal one

Yes I have to renew mine every 3 years because of my diabetes

But the difference in appearance is they have done away with the paper license piece as well now so all you get is a drivers license card and that's it

Does it look any difference to a normal full license? Does it state on why you have it? Do you have to notify your insurers. Sorry for all the questions xx

No different just a pink card with no other medical info on it

All your info is held at DVLA so they dont need to print it on your card.  The only give away I suppose if it is a medical license (and you were really scrutinising it) is the expiry date on it as they have to be renewed every 3 years.  HoIf they are not medical then they have to be renewed every 10 years due to the photo.
