Hashis Flare after ecfects

I have noticed that after I have a flare up - I have a couple of days of feeling really well, happy and energetic. in fact like I used to be pre thyroid. 

could this feeling of wellness be because my TPO ABS have thrashed my thyroid into producing a decent amount of natural hormone?

A Hashi attack can destroy thyroid cells which dump hormone into the blood stream.  Perhaps it is this which is making you feel well.
