Can anyone tell me please, of you split thyroid s tablets. How long can you keep the reminder of the tablets. Thanks.

If you keep the cut portions in a dry and dark container they'll probably be fine for a few days but moisture will cause them to deteriorate .  I don't split tablets in advance of taking them.  I split T3 tablet on the day required and take the remainder of the tablet the next day.

Thanks I split it when I use it. But was wondering if i could use the rest next day.
