Hello,

Can anyone let me know what is the optimum TSH level for people with Hashi's?  I did read somewhere it was between 0.8 - 1.5 but I can't find the article now.

Thank you

Jo

The TSH which is optimum for anyone with a dysfunction of their thyroid gland is the one that makes them feel well.

That is usually around 1 or lower and some of us need it suppressed.

Jostaffford0,

Most people taking Levothyroxine will feel euthyroid with TSH 1.0 or lower, FT4 in the upper range, and FT3 towards, or in, the top third of range.  Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...
