Optimum time for T3

Hi everyone

Is there an optimum time for taking T3? At the moment I take it with my Levo an hour before getting up in the morning.

That's seems perfect. You then have an ordinary day without the need to worry about dosing.

Keep a note of any symptoms you have and then after your next blood test you can increase T3 slightly.

I’ll continue as I am. Looking to have bloods done in around a month.

That's good, just remember to get the earliest appointment and allow a 24 hour gap between your last combination dose and the test and take it afterwards.

Make sure you are also well-hydrated today so that blood will draw more easily and that arms are also warm. If you need any hints on how to do pin-prick tests, put up a new post and you should get some responses.
