Hello, Would someone be able to tell me what the following blood test means - THY PEROX AB 72 IU/ML range 0-60. I was copied in a letter sent from the hospital. I know the TSH RECEPTOR AB - 1.9 U/L range 0-0.4 was Graves. When I asked my GP he didn't know.

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are found in people with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (autoimmune hypothyroidism) and may sometimes be found in Graves' Disease.
Don't accuse me of ignoring you, I've answered about half a dozen of your questions today and I answered your question about antibodies on another post a few minutes ago.
Most people have some thyroid antibodies, it's having them above range which determines they are positive for Hashimoto's.
