Who would you recommend?

Who would you see?

Hi, I am new on this board and I have lots of health problems many of which I feel are being compounded by an underactive thyroid. I live in Cornwall and I want to see an endocrinologist (probably privately at least initially as I don't think I can wait much longer) - who would you recommend between here and Exeter (although I would be happy to travel further afield to see someone who is compassionate and knows what they are doing). Has anyone met a Professor Pinkey and what are your impressions of him. I can't wait to hear from you and start hopefully on the road to better health. Many thanks in advance.

your health problems may only be a result being being hypo. Do you have autoimmune disease Hashimotos too?
