im struggling to do adrenal test

feel awful at moment with flu

looking at the tests endo done in november would this indicate low adrenals and should i treat as low for now

dex supression test 17

24 hour urine done a week later was 86 (0 - 270)

i have jarrows adrenal optimiser here and not sure if thats for high or low

I'm sorry, I Don't know anything about the test you mention. But that Jarrows Adrenal Optimiser (?) is full of adaptogens. And, despite what they say about adaptogens, it's my experience that they work better at lowering cortisol than raising it.

Licorice, rhodiola, ashwagandha, etc they Don't suit everybody, so be carefuL Observe your reactions. And, if I were you, I'd leave it until you've got over your flu before you try and do anything.
