Hi folks,

A quick question, what is a thyroid "crash". I spent Mothers Day feeling to ill, trembling inside, wobbly on my legs, leg pains, banging headache and sick. Don't feel much better today, but moving house so cant lay around feeling sorry for myself

I am hypothyroid and possibly parathyroid problems.

Thanks

Geordi, 'crash' is just a way of saying one has quickly gone from feeling well one day to feeling very unwell the next. Typically a 'crash' follows overdoing things previously when one felt well. Your symptoms could be due to a thyroid crash but could also be due to coming down with a cold, flu or bug.

I hope you feel better soon.
