Do you feel Hashimoto's Attacks?

I'm wondering if you can feel antibodies attacking your thyroid! Any sort of feelings or pain?

Note, I'm not asking about Hashimoto's symptoms which are the same as hypothyroidism.

I feel my thyroid swell up or i have heart palpitations ( from eating foods my body doesn't want and its being attacked by my body as if its my thtroid ). Thrift shops, smog, chemicals in clothing stores, shoe stores, cigarettes, pbc's etc, etc makes my thyroid swell up.
