I haven't heard of this test and I assume it's a test to fathom out whether or not your body is accepting levothyroxine (or converting it)? (just a guess). It may be that you have thyroid hormone resistance which some people do have. A link for info if it is connected:-

No, but don't worry about it. Some people who are suspected of not taking their thyroxine medication are made to take a week's dose at a time in front of their doctor. Your body will only convert the T4 into the active T3 hormone to suits its needs (assuming you absorb and convert it properly), so you won't become hyper. Unless you are allergic to the fillers (which presumably you should know by now) you probably won't feel any different.
