Clairepaul3, how much Eltroxin were you taking prior to switching to NDT?

ClairePaul3, 1 grain NDT is bioequivalent to 75-100mg Levothyroxine. It may be the 9mcg T3 in NDT making you feel jittery. It's likely the feeling will pass in 7-10 days as you get used to T3. It is possible low iron is responsible but if that is the case you would have felt jittery on 100mcg T4.
