Sharim,
As I explained on your previous post TSH 2.31 is a little high, most people will be comfortable when TSH is 1.0 or lower. T4 is in the optimal top 75% of range but T3 is low in range and ideally will be >1.30. There is certainly scope to increase dose to reduce TSH and raise T4 and T3.
