John Grishom who is well known for writing novels which have become great movies is giving a book to anyone who wishes it. This is nonfiction and describes a new method for treating cancer. It's called "The Tumor". You can download it from Amazon.

Grishom obviously has the fame and the fortune to be able to spread the word about something he believes will have a positive impact on all sorts of cancer. It's called "focused ultrasound" which is cheaper and nonsurgical. He is already getting much opposition (as we expect since cancer is a huge money maker) and this is a great way to bring attention to something that kills or maims hundreds of thousands of people each year. Many researchers are working on its implementation around the world.

I downloaded my copy last night and it is worth your time to read.

I was looking at the statistics about what the device is being used on and thyroid nodules are mentioned. Quite ironically, Europe is allowing more usage than in the U.S. The FDA has only approved it for prostate cancer, bone cancer and uterine fibroids but in Europe it is treating breast cancer, parkinson, kidney, liver, pancreatic and soft tissue tumors. I hope Europeans avail themselves of this.

Amazing how things change. Remember that poor kid and his parents who were arrested and chased by Interpol for taking him to Eastern Europe for proton beam therapy for brain cancer? The NHS had said that it was quackery. Guess what they are building a few miles away from me? The biggest centre for proton beam therapy in Europe. Have they apologised to that family or paid them compensation? I doubt it.

Apologize, lol, I just hope something covert doesn't happen to John Grishom. Some alternative doctors seem to be dying off rather mysteriously. If you read the book, there is more being allowed in Europe than the US. Only three treatments are permitted by the FDA which Dr. Bergman calls the Fraud and Deception Agency. Mercy.

Thanks, I have just ordered my copy.  I remember hearing about this ages ago and thinking positive thoughts.  It looks like it will be very good news for BC sufferers when it is brought on line ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl....  But the wheels of modern medicine turn very slowly when it comes to advancement. 

I guess big pharma won't be making any money out of it so they be putting a spoke in somewhere.

This may be one of those phenomenons in which people will rise up and say we are not taking it anymore.  We won't sacrifice our lives so chemo and radiation companies can make a fortune at our expense.  I've sent in a donation to the FUS foundation after seeing how much faster progress can be made if all 250,000 people who so far have been receiving the book send in something.  

How long has that pink ribbon organization been receiving millions for years and yet breast cancer has the same death rate as 20 years ago?   The FUS foundation is making progress that you can see.

I'm not in the UK so wasn't aware of the case but checked it out.  We've had similar cases in the states and I find it shocking. 

Have you heard of the mysterious deaths of some of the doctors who use alternative methods as well in curing cancer?  Many have been chased out of the U.S. to Mexico but murder???

I hadn't.  Killing off the story teller is a rather heavy handed way of stopping the story getting out.  Quite frightening.

We have had similar, if not quite the same, type stories eg Dr David Christopher Kelly.  There are those who label the people who question this type of thing as conspiracy theorists but sometimes 2 plus 2 really do add up to 5.

I've been reading similar things and in the states Wounded Warriors is having a real crisis after it was revealed how much waste and excesses of their overhead leaves a much smaller percentage to the real victims. 

Anytime I hear someone is running a nonprofit, I wonder how much nonprofit they are taking for themselves.  Crimey!
