If I take synthroid at night can I take it with magnesium?

Magnesium can interfere with the absorption of thyroid medication by binding to it in the digestive tract. Standard advice is to leave 4 hours between magnesium and thyroid medication.

I'd take it an hour clear of any other supplements, food or medication, as it can affect absorption.
