Anyone ever upped their t3 or sourced it overseas? Would appreciate PM of any recommendations of best sources

Also off to Italy soon; not sure if it's available to buy over the counter

I don't think that you can get it there with no prescription. Sent you PM where I'm ordering from (without prescription).

Members do increase T4, T3 and NDT doses themselves but it is important to make sure FT3 remains within range.

I'm fairly sure that T3 is prescription only in Italy. As far as I'm aware it is only available over the counter in Turkey and Greece.

Given what some nurses have been quoted as saying, I'm not sure I'd be confessing if I were one.

In Italy there is a liquid T3 product Liotir. Probably prescription-only - but just in case it isn't, it might be of interest.

Liotir the liquid version of T3 is available over the counter but you'll only get one bottle without a prescription. 20ml bottle with dropper included so you can get the right dose.

One drop equals 1mcg T3. Will cost about 14 euros. If you want more than one bottle you can go to a large town/city and trawl the pharmacists buying one bottle in each..

I take 125 mcg daily! In this case I would probably need bottle per day!
