Changing 100mg,now to 75mg

Hello everybody haven't been on here for sometime,would lime some advice please.

Had bloods done recently,as above.......

The doctor said showed to much,so reduced,as above.......

I've been on 100mg sence 2002 till now,was l having a fits and drop momment,live started getting tingling in hands,finger since med drop amount......

Could you help me here anybody please.
