Just received the T3(online order with Rx) and I don't know exactly how do I take.
Just on levo, I feel like a crap(I had R.A.I. after my B.Graves). My fT3 is low but in range.
I tried a while a combination of ndt(1/2grain nature throid) and levo but don't obtain the expected result (and recently I abandoned), so I decided to try T3 and levo.
I read different opinions here. So, should I start with a lower dose(maybe 2,5 or 5mcg -T3) along with my current morning dose of T4(150mcg levo) or should I
decrease the levo dose when I add the T3? After a while I want to increase the dose, depending on how I feel.
Any suggestions would be welcome, thank you.
Sorry for my bad english.

Hi Clutter, the latest results from October are TSH 0,74(0,4-4,5); fT4 18(10,3-24,4) and fT3 4,07(3,2-6,8). I was on ndt(1/2gr) and levo(100mcg) at that time. Unfortunately I don' t have more recent results. Now am on 150mcg levo and i don' t feel well(tired, gained,
Adin, I can't guess what your levels are on 150mcg. I would add a quarter of a tablet (5mcg) T3 to see whether it helps with fatigue and have a thyroid test in 6 weeks.
